Credit card details must be provided to secure your booking.
Full payment to be taken 14 days before arrival date.
Bookings cancelled two weeks or less prior to arrival will not be refunded.
$50 cancelation fee applies.
No shows will be charged for the full time booked.
No reduction for early departures or late arrivals.
Minimum stay periods may be enforced during peak holiday periods/weekends
ADULT ONLY ACCOMMODATION
If you arrive with a child, your booking will be cancelled immediately and no refund will be given.
If you are caught with a child in the domes, you will incur a $150 FEE per child.
Children are NOT allowed in the domes UNLESS as part of an exclusive group booking of all 6 domes and by prior arrangement with management.
Pets are not allowed inside the domes or the lodge.
Covid-19: For bookings made directly with us and cancelled within 14 days due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, a credit of what has been paid will be keep in your guest account and can be used within 12 months from original booking dates. You will need to contact our reservations team to request your cancellation and credit to be moved to your guest account.
